Average:

Decent bag. Can handle a 12 hrs stash of meals and snacks, but I wouldn't recommend using for something heavier. Example using to tote library books if maxing out the bag capacity would be too heavy for the straps imo. Clothing, or voluminous contents would be totally fine, though.
